Australian Freight

Free Shipping – orders over $50.00

GBHQ offers free freight for domestic orders (Australia) over $50. You are able to track parcels at http://www.startrackexpress.com.au with the tracking number on your GBHQ shipping notification. For more detailed information please contact Star Track Express directly on 13 23 45 (Australia).

$9.95 Flat Rate - orders under $50

GBHQ offers flat-rate freight via Star Track Express for order under $50.
Track parcels from http://www.startrackexpress.com.au as above.

Delivery times

Star Track Express deliveries to metropolitan areas typically within 1-3 business days. Rural areas should take no more than 5 business days. If you are not around to receive your delivery then a card will be left for you outlining where to pick your package up from. This is usually your local post office. If you can't make it down to pickup the package within two weeks the package will be returned to GBHQ. In this case re-sending the package will be at the your expense.

Star Track Express delivers through Australia Post for some rural areas. For more information on these areas please contact Star Track Express directly. Star Track Express cannot deliver packages over 5kg and in these cases orders are shipped via the Australia Post eParcel service. For more details on Star Track Express delivery please contact them directly on 13 23 45.

International Freight

GBHQ uses Australia Post for all international deliveries.

Registered Post

Registered Post is not a trackable service but does provide proof of postage and a signature on delivery. If full tracking is preferred then consider using Express Post International. The postal services of some countries do offer tracking from their end upon receipt of Registered Post packages. Contact your country’s postal service for more information. Registered Post generally delivers within 3-10 working days to major metropolitan areas.

Express Post

Express Post is a trackable service. If you choose this service you can track your parcel from http://auspost.com.au/track with the tracking number on your GBHQ shipping notification. Express Post generally delivers within 3-7 working days to major metropolitan areas.

Additional Information

Australia Post freight cost is auto-calculated on total weight. Orders to some countries may incur Customs or Import Duty charges. As these charges are based on your countries regulations, GBHQ has no control over these charges, cannot advise what they will be, and is not liable for them. Please be aware that GBHQ is not liable for parcels lost internationally. It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel directly with Australia Post and their own country’s postal service.
